The deposit is due on the day that the date is decided on, by the end of that day, if the deposit is not recieved with-in that time then the date will no longer be held and will go to the next person that calls. The remaining balance will be due in cash on the day that we fish. The deposit is non-refundable unless the captain is the one at fault of a cancelation. If a trip has to be postponed due to poor bite or bad weather which nobody has control over, then the deposit will be applied to the next date decided on.
